Composite Spiral Cycle Spiral Polisher Kit

Description of the Spiral Cycle Polishing Kit

It consists of a specialized set of tools for dental restoration of composite materials. It contains synthesized diamond and offers a new approach to polishing, allowing you to create a natural shine in just three steps with the new Spiral Cycles set BADER.

The polishing set is suitable for all surfaces and, thanks to the constant release of diamond particles contained inside, can be used according to the esthetic restoration. In addition, the polishing set is ideal for all composites, regardless of the brand.

It is divided into three thicknesses:

  • Coarse finish: allows the surface to be left perfectly smooth after modeling.
  • Medium pre-polishing: allows sanding from all angles, shades, smoothes and eliminates scratches that occur on restorations during contouring.
  • High fine gloss: allows to finish the job by creating a natural gloss in a matter of seconds.

The special rubber shape is very flexible and allows the instrument to be adapted to all types of surfaces, which greatly simplifies the polishing procedure both upstream and downstream.

It also features an innovative finishing and polishing system, Spiral Cycles, which offers a high gloss in a very short period of time, is not only extremely fast but also exceptionally intuitive to use: a single shape for all tooth surfaces.

It is a single-use, three-step system. The instruments have two layers of staggered blades that allow great flexibility and ease of use and a great adaptation to all dental surfaces, providing perfect finishing and polishing results, even in hard-to-reach areas.

Characteristics of Polishing Set:

  • Adapts to all tooth surfaces.
  • It offers a maximum working speed of 15,000 rpm (3,000-7,000 rpm recommended).
  • Works from any angle.
  • Ideal for anterior or posterior restorations
  • Quickly achieve a natural finish

These tools are perfect for finishing and polishing surfaces of a wide variety of materials, including:

  • Composite restorations.

  • Temporary Bisacrylate materials.
  • CAD/CAM restorations.
  • Precious and semi-precious metals.

In addition, the kit comes in a box containing 6 units, making it perfect for use in the dental practice.
