The product covered by this certificate is protected during a warranty period until the end of the student's studies, this being an offer aimed at students whose territorial scope covers the entire Iberian Peninsula.
This warranty includes a free review at the end of each course, provided that the product is not tampered with or in deterioration.
During this warranty period, in case of manufacturing defect, the consumer is entitled to have it repaired. Repairs shall be free of charge and shall be carried out within a reasonable period of time and without major inconvenience to the consumer.
Excluded from this warranty are breakdowns, flaws or damage caused to the product as a result of: mistreatment, improper use, exposure to adverse weather conditions, lack of lubrication, location in environments unsuitable for the product with dust, dirt and humidity, abuse, blows, falls, improper or insufficient installation, power supply failures, wear and tear, repairs carried out by persons other than the technical assistance indicated, as well as by alteration of the data contained in this certificate and/or other causes external to the product itself.
This warranty will be automatically void in case of mishandling.
This certificate has been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law 23/2003 of July 10, 2003, Warranties in the Sale of Capital Goods.
The validity of the special warranty for students will be void in case of resale.
Registration of the warranty at bader.es/garantia is required within one year after purchase.

In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (LOPD), we inform you that your personal data are included in files owned by BADER EUROPE GROUP S.L whose purposes are the control and maintenance of the contractual relationship. We also inform you that your data will be kept in the files of our company in order to perform the contracted service. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition provided by law, by sending an ordinary mail to the address of the company.
2. The contracting parties declare to know and accept the general conditions of contracting BADER EUROPE GROUP SL which are available at its offices in Porto do Molle Rúa Madanela, Nave 3D, 36350 Nigrán- Pontevedra, at (URL: https://bader.es) and at the Registro de Bienes Muebles de Pontevedra and expressly agree to submit to Spanish law any litigation, discrepancy or claim resulting from the contracting carried out and to the arbitration of the Tribunal of the Asociación para el Arbitraje Mercantil "TAM", within the framework of its Regulations, which is entrusted with the administration of the arbitration and the appointment of the arbitrator or arbitral tribunal, being obliged from now on to comply with the arbitral decision. The addresses and electronic means indicated in the contract are expressly designated as the means of notification for all purposes, including those of the arbitration proceedings.
