Our dental laboratory trimmer is a simple, robust and silent machine. It contains electrovalve for water flow. Made of steel and aluminum, working table with three positions. It incorporates the best technology, wet part isolated from the motor by a seal to prevent leaks and increase its durability.

The positioning metal measures 4.5cm. Our dental lab trimmer tray has three adjustment points: one at 0.5cm, one at 2cm and one at 3.5cm.
The dental lab trimmer model BADER incorporates all the innovations and features a machine needs. It is quiet as its carbide disc is carefully counterbalanced. Its switch is protected with a PVC insulating hood, according to ISO standards. The water flow is regulated directly from the machine itself since it has a built-in stopcock, avoiding inconveniences and waste of time. The motor is single-phase and is isolated from the wet part of the trimmer by a seal that fits perfectly to the end of the motor shaft.
The solenoid valve is used to control the water irrigation in the dental lab trimmer. The trimmer without solenoid valve will be irrigating water until the faucet is turned off, however this model, by including solenoid valve only irrigates if it is turned on.
A dental laboratory trimmer is a machine used in dental laboratories for the modeling of hard or soft plaster. Trimming is done by means of discs (diamond, silicon carbide, etc.) which you can also find on our website:
