The Health Air dental antibacterial system is an air purification system specially designed for use in dental offices. This system uses advanced technology to remove bacteria, viruses, fungi and other pathogens from the air, significantly reducing the risk of cross-infection during dental procedures.
This system is easy to install and maintain, making it cost-effective to use in the long term. In addition, its optimized design allows for greater particle holding capacity without compromising airflow efficiency.
Due to its high filtering capacity, the Antibacterial System guarantees clean, bacteria-free air in both dental instruments and dental equipment.
Since viruses form conglomerates of particles that travel in suspended matter, the antibacterial filtration equipment of BADER is not only capable of filtering germs, bacteria, pollen, but also viruses and pathogens from a size of 0.01µm. This makes it an equipment with a filtration capacity superior to that of a HEPA H14 filter according to ISO8573-1: 1.7.2.
It performs a three-stage filtration capable of retaining liquid or solid impurities present in the compressed air with a high degree of efficiency. This separation is achieved by means of a special filter element. In addition, It also has an active carbon filter, capable of purifying and disinfecting the air by trapping allergens, impurities and contaminants, improving air quality and achieving a purity in accordance with ISO8573-1: 1.7.1.
The filtration equipment is universal, so it can be used with any compressor on the market.
Filtration degree in STAGE 1: 5 µm air purity class at outlet ISO8573-1: 3.7.4.
Filtration degree in STAGE 2: 0.01 µm ISO8573-1 output air purity class: 1.7.2.
The last filtration degree in STAGE 3: 0.003 mg/m^3 residual oil - exhaust air purity class ISO8573-1: 1.7.1.
